Order & Delivery


Once you have placed an order online, we will send you an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been confirmed. Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where (i) the product is available, (ii) the order reflects current pricing and (iii) your credit card/ debit card payment is approved by your credit card/ debit Card Company. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.


We accept the following cards for payment,

MasterCard, Switch, Visa & PayPal payments are made through shopify.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted in a secure environment. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your same credit card/ debit card account used at the point of registration / purchase.

Prices and charges:

We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this web site is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at dispatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:

Actual price lower then price shown at time of ordering - in this instance we will charge you the lower amount and dispatch the product.

Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering - in this instance and at our discretion, we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but exclusive of deliveries.

All delivery charges are shown as a separate line item on the order summary page. Delivery charges may vary from time to time and will depend on the overall weight of goods purchased.


All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We can not confirm availability at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to dispatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.


Delivery is usually 48 hours after payment has been received. Contact details our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the e-mail address you provide us with is correct. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Parcels are dispatched to you by UPS, TNT, or Royal Mail.

UK Postage & Packing:
(Excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)

If your order is over £75, P&P is FREE

Please note all orders will be delivered by TNT or Royal Mail and will require a signature upon arrival.

We will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.


All items purchased from ME Healthy Living Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
